We are specialised in leading global engineering projects from design stage to the end product in cross-functional teams, multi-cultural environments. 

We continuously improve processes and products by meeting and exceeding performance and reliability requirements. We identify issues and implement corrective actions reducing cost, complexity and warranty claims. 
 

We champion Lean and Six Sigma activities at black belt level working with leadership across the business to communicate, standardise, sustain and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the business.
